Elgan has an extensive background in sales and building connections. His recruitment career launched in the UK, and he quickly excelled picking up the Newcomer Consultant of the Year at The Scottish Recruitment awards. Since then, Elgan has held Senior Commercial, and leadership roles in both New Zealand and Internationally, before circling back to recruitment.

A very sociable bloke, Elgan really enjoys building long-term relationships and searching for innovative ideas and solutions to help businesses find great talent. That’s what Elgan and the Crew team are here to do.

Outside of work you are likely to find Elgan on the golf course, coaching rugby, surfing, being dad or coach on the side-line supporting his girl’s activities or growing his gin collection.
