The Role:
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for a large scale project. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS / Payroll software systems testing, with the ability to create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them effectively.
Responsibilities:
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for a large scale project. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS / Payroll software systems testing, with the ability to create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Identify, log, and track software defects through to resolution, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams / communicate with multiple vendors to ensure test coverage, timely defect resolution, and overall product quality.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency where applicable.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager with testing experience on both Human Resources and Payroll Systems (HRIS/Finance Systems)
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
