The role:

As the Technology Practice Lead, you’ll be the leader of leaders, guiding and mentoring a team tasked with delivering digital solutions across the client portfolio. Serving as a pivotal member of the leadership team, your role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing both technology and business strategies.
  
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • Lead technological growth, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
  • Mentor and support your team across the engineering practice.
  • Oversee planning and service delivery management.
  • Champion business success and foster growth.
Requirements:
  • Coming from a background in Engineering or Architecture, you'll have a knack for recognising and advocating for technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be pivotal in ensuring full engagement from stakeholders and team members, fostering a culture aligned with the company’s software methodologies.
  • With a focus on outcomes and a commercial acumen, you'll be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Ability to foster collaborative and high-performing environments.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple technology projects.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and developing IT professionals.
  • Knowledge of various software development best practices and methodologies, with a particular emphasis on experience in cloud-based solutions.
  • A degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
