Systems Trusted Advisor

About the company:
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, offers a diverse array of services encompassing IT Support, Cybersecurity, CIO Consulting, Data Backup and Recovery, Cloud Solutions, and Procurement Assistance.
They are seeking a proactive, highly skilled and experienced individual to join their dynamic team as a Senior Engineer to assume primary responsibility for maintaining and supporting clients' IT infrastructure.
  
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of their team, you will work as a Trusted Advisor to deliver top-quality ICT service, support, and IT project delivery to their clients. Your role will be instrumental in meeting monthly minimum standards for productive and billable time, while adhering to agreed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also keep clients informed about delivery expectations, issues, and future technology opportunities.
  
Requirements:

• Proven track record of achievement in a senior systems engineer role.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Extensive technical expertise in IT, including:
  • Microsoft core server technologies like Active Directory Services, Exchange, and SQL Server.
  • Deployment and support of desktops and laptops.
  • Experience in networking (LAN/WAN), including knowledge of switching and routing technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualisation and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in advanced Exchange messaging technologies.
  • Knowhow of firewalling and security principles and technologies.
  • Competence in mobile computing technologies.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
