The role:
You will be joining a tight-knit team who are committed to providing excellent service to a range of clientele. Your work will be varied, and you will be the primary L3 escalation point for the Support Team. This role will see you out visiting clients in the local area, scoping and designing projects, implementing new solutions, and installing and configuring hardware. You will also work remotely assisting clients who are not located within the immediate area.
This is a full-time salaried role based in Alexandra, with 40 hours per week.
There will be some travel required to client sites in the region.
What makes a good Systems Engineer?
To be successful in this position, you will have at least two years’ experience as a Systems Engineer, ideally with a Managed Services Provider. You will hold a high level of customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet. You will be confident managing client relationships and be able to think outside of the box in providing technical solutions for a variety of different clientele.

- Experience using MS stack environments, especially Microsoft365 and Azure.
- Confident in resolving networking issues including the set-up, configuration and deployment of networking hardware
- Knowledge in DHCP, DNS LDAP and Active Directory
- Cyber and data security experience
