The Role:
As a Software Project Manager, you will:
- Lead software implementation and migration projects, particularly from legacy systems
- Work closely with the Product Manager, developers, and C-suite executives
- Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team
- Develop and establish processes and structures from scratch
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including C-suite level interactions
- Drive change management initiatives effectively

About You:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in managing software implementation or migration projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives
- Solid experience in change management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work autonomously and build processes from scratch
- Resilience and experience in navigating complex projects
