The Role:
This is a 6-month contract for an experienced Service Desk Engineer, who will be focused on delivering high levels of customer service and frontline technical support. This role will be responsible for providing general L1 and L2 end-user support.
The contract requires the successful person to be based in Queenstown full-time for the duration of the contract.
To Be Successful:
You will have previous experience in a Service Desk position providing L1 and L2 support to a varied customer base, great communication skills and enjoy providing top support to end users.

- Printers, multifunction devices, access gates, camera and computer hardware
- Ticketing systems for managing requests
- Deploying Desktop hardware
- Windows and Mac operating systems
