The Role
As a Senior Developer Programmer using Unreal Engine, you will lead the development and maintenance of advanced software solutions. This role involves porting, transitioning, and enhancing existing applications, while also building new ones using Unreal Engine. You’ll work alongside talented developers, product specialists, and artists to create visually stunning and technically robust solutions.

Responsibilities include

  • Leading the transition and development of high-performance applications in Unreal Engine
  • Researching and evaluating application needs, identifying limitations, and implementing solutions
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Testing, debugging, and ensuring optimal performance of applications
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of assets and code
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system stability
  • Mentoring junior developers, providing leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Staying up to date with advancements in Unreal Engine and related technologies
Your Fit:
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least five years of experience. You’ll be expected to bring expertise in:
  • Unreal Engine, including the use of plugins and blueprints
  • Custom C++ development
  • Shader programming
  • Strong knowledge of 3D systems and geometry
  • Experience with graphic art tools like Figma, Maya, or Photoshop
  • Experience with code management tools like Git or Subversion
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong mathematical foundation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
