- Researching and evaluating application needs, identifying limitations, and implementing solutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Testing, debugging, and ensuring optimal performance of applications
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of assets and code
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system stability
- Mentoring junior developers, providing leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Staying up to date with advancements in Unreal Engine and related technologies
