The Role:
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, with the ability to create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Identify, log, and track software defects through to resolution, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, timely defect resolution, and overall product quality.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency where applicable.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst with both manual and automation testing expertise.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
