About the role:
Take a leadership role overseeing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing top-notch technical support and resolving complex issues. You will be Senior Engineer of the team, providing support and knowledge around escalations as well as the go to for customers infrastructure advice. This a Senior Engineer role with a focus on Level 3 and design tasks and projects.
About you:
Ideally you will have strong experience within an MSP environment along with excellent communications skills both written and verbal to build and continue relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Proven experience in a Senior Engineer role using MS stack environments, especially Microsoft365 and Azure.
- Confident in resolving networking issues including the set-up, configuration and deployment of networking hardware
- Knowledge in DHCP, DNS LDAP and Active Directory
- Experience in ownership of project delivery, including implementation of new solutions, software testing, and end-user training
- Cyber and data security experience
- Client focus with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Effective communication with decision-makers, users, staff, and suppliers.
- Initiative, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and effective time management.
