The Role:
As a Senior or strong Intermediate Integration Engineer, you'll work in the Software Development team within this business, contributing to an exciting digital transformation for this well-established organization in Christchurch. You'll be involved in the full product cycle, from understanding integration requirements to designing, creating, and testing patterns for data integration. Additionally, you'll liaise with a range of stakeholders and work on cutting-edge tools and platforms in a dynamic environment.

About You:
You'll possess experience in Cloud computing tools, software development, and a good knowledge of integration platforms or similar areas of IT. You'll have experience transferring data between databases, as well as experience in the administration of data integration tools. Demonstrating knowledge and experience in creating on-premises and cloud integration solutions is essential, along with significant experience in back-end programming, preferably with C# .NET.
You will be able to work effectively with a highly collaborative team and liaise with other areas of the organization.

Skills:
Along with bringing a great attitude and good soft skills, you'll ideally possess experience in a combination of the following skills:
  • Knowledge of cloud tools, ideally Azure, using Azure Integration technologies (such as Function Apps, Event Hubs, API Management).
  • Creating on-premise and cloud integration solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of programming in C#.
  • Ability to work well within a team and across functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
