The Role:

As a seasoned Data Engineer, Data Warehouse or BI Developer, you'll have a passion for shaping the future of data solutions in a dynamic environment. About You:

As a high-performing individual who loves data & analytics, you'll bring significant experience in this area in professional, commercial environments, showcasing a track record of several years working on a range of analytics platforms. Your proficiency in tools such as Azure data tools, Snowflake and/or DBT reflects your commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. Your advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases set you apart, while your collaborative approach and ability to align data engineering efforts with organizational objectives make you a key asset to any team.

In addition to your technical prowess, you thrive in a collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge and insights to facilitate a collective understanding of data systems and architectures. Your passion for continuous learning and dedication to shaping the future of data analytics in education align seamlessly with our organizational values.

Skills:
  • Experience with Snowflake is a big advantage for this role, but other similar tools are definitely still considered
  • Strong understanding of data analytics techniques and data warehousing concepts.
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
  • Preference for expertise in Azure data technologies, such as Azure Data Factory etc.
  • Good knowledge of data warehousing and DBT for transformations is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R, JavaScript) and data structures is an advantage
