This role is a 6-month Full-time Contract and hybrid in Christchurch. As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be working on a business-wide ERP implementation project. Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive implementation of ERP system including Human Resources and Financial modules to meet business requirements
- Ability to comprehend data requirements, perform data migration tasks, and support data implementation within ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, to support decision-making processes
- A knowledge of Business/Data Analysis Techniques and tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience of SDLC and Agile methodology
- A qualification in Business Analysis e.g. BABOK, IIBA Accredited, or ICA Agile is desirable
