- End-to-end project management experience is essential
- Formal PM accreditation – Prince2, PMP, CAPM
- Experience with Microsoft Projects
- Ability to define project objectives
- Effective risk management
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Eligibility to work and reside in New Zealand
