The Role:
This role is for a Programme Manager or highly experienced Senior Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain the overall program plan, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project plans align with the overall program delivery, goals, and objectives.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Present programme to the program steering group - project performance KPI's, risk, issues, decisions etc.
- Monitor program performance metrics and adjust program plans as needed.
- Ensure program compliance with organisational standards, policies, and procedures
- Experience working as Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager
- Experience working on large complex projects/programmes
- Creating and managing the programme schedules
- A strong understanding and experience using project management frameworks, tools and techniques
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Proactively manage project risks, issues and changes in scope
