The Role: 
As a Operational Process and Insights Analyst, you'll work in collaboration with customer services, operations, training teams, and team leaders across the business to streamline effective processes within the business with the end user in mind. 

About you: 
You'll be a great team player, a keen learner, and enjoy working with cross functional teams across the business. You'll have good knowledge and proven experience with data analysis, process orientated improvement, and great communication skills.

Skills: 
  • Designing, building and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Customer journey mapping, root cause analysis and decision mapping
  • Process modelling eg. BPMN, ProMapp
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite, Visio, SQL etc.
  • Writing and communicating change within an organisation
