About the role
Our client is looking for candidates with strong customer service skills to be the face of their business providing technical support on-site.
About you
You’ll have strong communication and customer service skills, along with the following:
  • Proven experience providing Level 1 & 2 support
  • Knowledge of various technologies from networking to M365 and cloud service
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with end-user computing technologies, such as desktop virtualisation, mobile device management, collaboration tools, and productivity suites
  • Relevant industry Tertiary qualification
