The role

The M365 Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the availability and effective operation of supported applications within the organisation. This includes actively resolving end user help requests and providing proactive management of the applications and their supporting environments.

The requirements
  • Experience supporting and managing business applications in Office 365 suite, ideally within a medium to large enterprise
  • Experience in providing end user Level 3 Application support
  • Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams configuration, site, and account management, and implementing policies, including workflows and automation technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform e.g. PowerApps
  • Experience with relational database systems e.g. SQL Server
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
