About the role
You'll be the go to person to support engagement targets and manage the partner's portfolios. You'll assist Leaders and management with proactive and reactive tasking, and provide administrative support to the partner's IT needs.
This is a full-time fixed term role of 40 hours ending 27th of June, with a possibility of being extended. This role is based in Christchurch, New Zealand and is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships: Excel in communication, engaging with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and collaborate on effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Maintain strong relationships with leadership teams and IT contacts, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting Goals: Assist in managing engagement activities and provide operational support to achieve project goals, contributing to the refinement of departmental processes.
- Managing Data and Processes: Keep track of key contacts, roles, and responsibilities, and actively contribute to improving systems and processes used by the partner teams.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
