The role:
As a Helpdesk Support person in the networking space, you play a vital role in delivering excellent outcomes and making a difference for staff across New Zealand. 
  
On an average day, your responsibilities will involve addressing phone inquiries, delivering support, and troubleshooting a range of issues. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the email queue and promptly resolving client requests in an efficient manner.
  
About you:
This is a junior helpdesk role and would suit an individual with relevant ICT experience and accreditation, such as a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or NSE 4+.
Additionally, technical knowledge and proven experience in the networking space:
  • Fortinet
  • Ruckus
  • Firewalls
  • Switches
  • Routing
  • CISCO
  • Active Directory
  • Radius Servers
  • Google G Suite
  • Azure AD
  • Mail Applications
To thrive in this role, it is important to possess previous experience in a customer-facing or call center setting, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
