The Role:
The Digital Operations Programme Manager will work alongside the IT team to identify current commitments, develop a programme of work and manage delivery against agreed timeframes. This role must engage with business stakeholders to determine deliverables and manage expectations for prioritisation of projects. You will ensure there is sufficient visibility of the programme through regular reporting and escalation channels to ensure there are no surprises across the business.

The ideal person will come with previous knowledge of IT Operations, combined with a demonstrable history of successfully building and delivering programmes of work involved both technical and business outcomes. You'll also bring most or all of the following skills and experience:

- Develop and management of programme of work across both IT and operational business projects
- Resource and delivery management
- Risk and issue management
- Creation of operational templates to enable affective delivery
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations
- Leadership of project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Status/progress reporting
To Be Successful:
The ideal person will come with previous knowledge of IT Operations, combined with a demonstrable history of successfully building and delivering programmes of work involved both technical and business outcomes. You'll also bring most or all of the following skills and experience:
- Experience delivering in complex, high-change environments
- Resource management
- Risk and issue management
- Effective stakeholder relationship management skills with ability to influence as needed
- Ability to engage and motivate team, promoting a collaborative culture
- Organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience juggling conflicting priorities and expectations
- Knowledge and understanding of general IT operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current NZ work authorisation required for a quick start
