The role:
As a Desktop Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our client’s IT systems while delivering outstanding support to their internal customers.
Your diverse responsibilities will include software installation and maintenance, hardware handling, and training and supporting end users. Additionally, you will provide front-line support to end users.
What makes a good Desktop Engineer?

- Knowledge of PC operating systems - Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Servers
- Experience problem-solving issues with Windows desktop and Microsoft Office environments,
- Understanding of virtual server management
- Firewalls and Network connectivity knowledge
- An understanding of Switch and router management
- PowerShell scripting experience is preferred but not essential
