Role Description:

Become an integral part of an expanding cloud development team, working on new cloud-based solutions utilising the latest technology. You will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining data-driven products. Please note that this position requires you to be based in Dunedin.

What You Bring:

Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Developer with a track record of designing and implementing high-quality, innovative solutions. Successful candidates will have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:

• Utilizing AWS-based services, including Kinesis, IoT Core, MQTT, Glue, DynamoDB, Lake Formation, EC2, and S3.
• Proficiency in C# and Python
• Strong knowledge of databases and data lakes
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Rest APIs
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and related principles
• Experience working in multi-tenanted cloud environments
• Interest in event-driven and stream architectures
• Proven experience in measuring, analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud performance, reliability, and availability

In addition to technical skills, you should be a collaborative team player, an effective communicator, and bring a strong passion for delivering excellent solutions.
