At SBS Bank, we’re not just navigating growth; we’re driving it, and we’re on the lookout for bold, forward-thinking individuals to help shape the future of banking in New Zealand.
As a 100% NZ Member-owned bank, we're different. Our focus is entirely on delivering real value to our members—our customers. Without shareholders to please, we can offer some of the best lending and funding rates on the market, while reinvesting in the communities we serve. Every achievement we reach is a win for our members and the regions we care about.
We’re not just about ticking boxes; we’re about breaking the mold. Our environment is one where questioning the status quo is encouraged, and innovative ideas are embraced. We believe in doing things differently and driving real change. Our culture? Think of us as a close-knit, caring, and diverse whānau. We’re passionate about creating an inclusive space where every voice is heard, every idea is valued, and everyone can thrive. When you succeed, we all succeed—so we’ll invest in your growth, well-being, and development every step of the way.
If you’re ready to be part of a small bank with a big heart, where your individuality and fresh ideas matter, come join us. Together, we’ll help more Kiwis find a place to call home.
The Opportunity:
Join a community-centric organisation dedicated to helping Kiwis find their ideal homes. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll spearhead technology and transformation initiatives to meet ambitious targets in retail lending, funding, and customer growth. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact.
As Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, you'll craft and execute the bank's technology strategy and roadmap, oversee comprehensive customer experiences aligned with the organization's mission, drive organizational change, and manage digital innovation and enterprise solutions.
