The Role:
This is a contracting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and business change management. The role will ensure that the change to the business is consistently and efficiently managed and that the change is embedded in business as usual as new capabilities are delivered.
You will need to be based on the ground in Dunedin for this contract.
About You:
You will be a well rounded Change Manager with a rich background in navigating the dynamic landscape of end-to-end change management. In the realm of complex multi-stream projects, you will have honed your skills in orchestrating synchronized change management efforts across the streams. In a nutshell, this will suit a Senior Change professional who loves a challenge, who has proven experience working across complex change initiatives and is comfortable rolling up sleeves and delivering the change.

Requirements:
- Proven Change Manager experience
- Prosci, PCI or equivalent
- Experience leading change on a large organisational IT change project
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Experience with delivering training needs analysis, strategy and delivering change plans
- A true people person and trusted advisor with the ability to effectively influence new user adoption across an organisation
- Highly developed and adaptive communication skills
- Can work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Comfortable at the strategic level of change whilst happy to get stuck into the delivery
