The Role
Join a dedicated Customer Services team where your expertise will drive continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, guiding them through the change process while playing a crucial role in designing and deploying dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. With a variety of projects and clear communication channels, you’ll be an essential part of a well-resourced team of four analysts, reporting directly to the team lead.

About you
You will be a Business Operations Analyst with proven experience in designing dashboards using Power BI. You will have a continuous improvement mindset coupled with strong communication skills. Engaging with stakeholders will be second nature to you and you will be able to collaborate with them at all levels. Requirements
  • Design, build, and deploy reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Engage in customer journey mapping, root cause analysis, and decision mapping.
  • Model processes using BPMN and ProMapp.
  • Work with Microsoft suite tools, including Visio.
  • Communicate and manage change within the organisation effectively.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft suite tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to live and work within New Zealand
