The Role:
This is a permanent opportunity based in Rolleston Canterbury for a Business Analyst who will analyse data, information, work practices and systems and present these succinctly and prioritised to enable business owners to make informed decisions about their projects, services, processes, systems and applications. 
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and requirements (functional, non-functional & technical)
  • Develop specifications (functional, non-functional & technical) that meet the business requirements
  • Work as a key member of project teams throughout the projects lifecycles
Skills and Experience:
Reporting into the Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of changes including testing, business readiness, training and measurement of projects, service, process, system and application success.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key messages across the business
  • Ability to define requirements and roll-out plans for successful implementation
  • Experience in facilitating workshops
  • Map current state and processes and provide analysis and solutions for improvements
  • Experience documenting, implementing, and improving processes
  • Strong technical writing skills and user friendly documentation
  • Create quality, easy to understand visual diagrams 
  • Support stakeholders in test planning
  • Process and Continuous Improvement mindset
