The opportunity:
Our client, a New Zealand-owned business, offering services and solutions across multiple industries both locally and internationally.

They are seeking a Senior Azure Integration Developer to join their team in either Christchurch or Auckland. For the right candidate, there is also an option to work fully remotely from anywhere in New Zealand. The role:
As a Senior Azure Integration Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and create robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.

This role demands a strong background in Azure Integration, API development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Azure-based integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on integration best practices.
  • Build and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay ahead of the latest Azure integration tools and technologies.
About you:
  • Proven experience as an Integration Developer, with a focus on Microsoft .Net and Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
  • Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and utilizing Azure API Gateway.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and microservices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
