The role:

As an Applications Analyst, you will manage and administer support issues and requests related to retail and reservations systems. Your responsibilities will include handling change requests, ensuring plans are current, and following change processes meticulously. In addition, you'll resolve system issues and perform basic admin tasks to support Skyline’s operations.

About you:

You will have the following:
  • Strong service delivery and user support experience and background
  • A technical mindset and passion for technology
  • Excellent customer relationship-building and management skills
  • Experience with Service Desk, Fresh Desk or other Help desk software desirable
  • Experience working with POS systems is also desirable
