The Role:

The Application Specialist will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and extending the business’ Planning Systems and related components/processes. The role requires a person with a strong customer centric focus, great communication skills, a passion for providing awesome support and delivering great business outcomes through continuous systems improvement.

You will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of applications, including issue investigation and resolution, data analysis, systems administration and configuration, requirement gathering, analysis, testing, change release management and training. To be effective the Application Specialist you'll also need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, build an in-depth knowledge of all Planning Systems systems.

About You:

Along with being capable of performing low-code development and configuration you will bring most of the following;
  • Experience with forms, workflow solutions and content management solutions
  • Ability to perform system analysis, design, testing and training
  • Experience designing and developing reports
  • Familiarity of SQL database and queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytically minded and strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with ERP, manufacturing or planning systems would be an advantage
You will be motivated by continuous improvement and excel in a fast paced environment, absorbing new ideas and concepts rapidly as needed.
