The Role:

Emydex is a programme focussed on delivering a single manufacturing execution system (MES) to all Silver Fern Farms Sites. The Project Deployment Support will be working alongside the Project Deployment Lead on sites as the solution is rolled out, playing a key part in entirely transforming and enhancing plant operations.
This is a hands-on role which will ensure that the new system and processes are planned and delivered at each site, from initiation to full hand over. It will involve working with project team, group level IT, system developers, system users and site service providers (engineers, electrical, infrastructure).

About You:
  • Experience in supporting project deployment/implementation of IT system and process change
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Systems and process aptitude, including the ability to train in systems use
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing or warehousing environment an advantage
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be based on sites for the bulk of the time. You’ll therefore need to be available to travel and live away from home during the week (back on weekends of course).
