The Role:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in delivering Agile practices on major projects

  • Proven track record working as a Scrum Master

Skills and Experience:
  • A solid background as a Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • A self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Supports and encourages the company to align to Agile methodologies
  • Ability to sprint plan, demo and ensure the team agree on what can be achieved
  • Experience with facilitating daily stand ups and retrospective meetings
  • Provide leadership and mentorship values and achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Ensure that all business and technical requirements are documented and maintained
