Senior Change Manager

The Role:

You will be running the Change Management strategy & delivery for a web rebuild project. 

• Track & monitor project status & coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Create, deliver, review and monitor end to end change 
• Ensure everyone is ready & the adoption is smooth 
• Conduct change impact assessments
• Provide documentation & plans
• Writing & editing documents 
• Identify & prepare recommendation 
• Implement change management strategies
• Provide constant communication both verbally & written throughout 
• Supporting all stakeholders, sponsors & anyone else impacted

Essential Skills:

• Experience managing change
• Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• A strong understanding of how people navigate through a change 
• Solid stakeholder and sponsorship engagement/management experience 
• Defining impact documents 
• Creating communication plans
• Delivery coaching and training
• Experience juggling multiple priorities
