The Company:

CNX is a leading IT Services Provider working on interesting and varied technology projects with leading businesses across Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough, and nationally. Due to the high demand for their professional services, continued business growth, and increased project work, CNX have a new position for a Service Desk/Managed Services Engineer to join their high performing team.

The Role: 

This is an entry-level to mid-level role, suited to an individual with strong administration, organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills. This role will have a strong focus on the service desk and managed services activities, including monitoring, maintaining, and reporting the client’s critical systems
infrastructure.

CNX are looking for a person with a bright and confident personality who can relate to and communicate with a wide range of clients. You will have strong ethics, a customer focus and demonstrate advanced administration, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously and a desire to learn new technologies.

  • Service desk or managed services experience
  • Microsoft and other industry certifications
  • Networking fundamentals
