The Company

A global company headquartered in Christchurch, with a great structure, that are a leader in their industry. They have a state of the art office located in the Christchurch CBD, where this role will be located.

The Role

This opportunity has come through sustained growth within the company and a broad range of projects in their pipeline. As a Software Engineer you will create and maintain software and new features for various projects, provide your expertise and contribute to the research and development of new and existing products. You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies from an experienced team, as well as assist others in a great team environment. 

We are looking for people at all levels - Junior (2+ years exp) Intermediate and Seniors (must have strong stakeholder management)

To be successful

You will be a strong developer, with at least 2 years+ experience, that is comfortable within an Agile team. You will preferably have some of the following also:
  • A willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with Python. C++, React
  • Established technical skills in a range of commonly used languages, libraries and frameworks
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL
  • An ability to work across diverse projects and products
