Technical Business Analyst

The Role

Will see you working in an agile environment and being the conduit between technical team, the business and their customers.

You will be confident to review, analyse and evaluate business systems/software and user needs, perform requirements analysis, GAP analysis, process mapping. From time to time you may be required to complete user acceptance testing and system support as needed to assist the team.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar 
  • Experience within a SaaS environment or similar
  • Systems and process analysis experience
  • An understanding of the SDLC 
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills 
  • Confidence to facilitate workshops
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Health Informatics or Health Industry experience would be highly regarded 
  • Must be currently eligible to work in NZ
The Company

With their office based from Dunedin, they develop software solutions for a range of organisations, both locally and overseas. Due to a large pipeline of projects ahead, they require a further Technical BA to join their team and contribute to the delivery of bespoke solutions.
