The Company:

The Role:

This Digital Product Support role will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and extending some of the business’ key digital solutions.


You will own and manage initial investigations and diagnosis through to resolution on issues, apply analytical skills whilst identifying the source of an issue, and provide effective guidance to customers and the business.


You will work across a variety of products and CRM platforms, especially based around Dynamics CRM. You will also be engaged with many members of the wider business, from Products Owners to Business Analysts and beyond. 

About You:

Along with being a passionate team member with a focus on improving the business' digital products, you will ideally possess most of the following;

  • Solid experience in a Support Analyst role or similar
  • Experience with CRM software and technologies, preferably Dynamics CRM
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Proficiency and knowledge across a range of web and mobile applications and frameworks
  • A passion for technology and digital products
  • An Agile mindset with an understanding of Agile tools and principles
  • Communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
You will be motivated by continuous improvement and excel in a fast paced environment, absorbing new ideas and concepts rapidly as needed.
