  • Be a crucial part of a technology transformation
An experienced Integration Developer is required to join the Transformation & Technology team, to build enterprise integrations and transform data between various business systems.

The Company:
Silver Fern Farms are a widely established New Zealand business, with the ambition to become the world’s most successful and sustainable grass-fed red meat company. Based in Dunedin, they are embarking on a journey of transformation to set them up with the right capabilities to support the execution of their global market-led strategy.
The Role:
As part of the Transformation and Technology (TnT) team, the Integration Developer will take a lead role in building enterprise integrations to move and transform critical data between various business systems.
This integration programme will also see Silver Fern Farms connect with more external stakeholders, as well as commerce platforms and data services.
The role requires an agile and adaptive all-rounder, as not even the best integration platform will fit every scenario, so a multidisciplinary developer is desired who can build microservices, APIs, interfaces and data flows. You’ll be working efficiently across all areas of the development life cycle to ensure the best outcomes.
About You:
You will be an effective communicator, with keen attention to detail and have an energetic approach to business success. You will also possess:
  • Experience in a development role with knowledge of integration frameworks and standards
  • Proven experience in Microsoft .NET development platforms (using C#)
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and cloud integration technology (particularly Azure)
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, data ingestion
  • Experience with Agile workplace methodologies and agile tools, Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL
  • Good understanding of information and data security principles and practices.
  • Exposure to other integration products like BizTalk, Mulesoft or Jitterbit would be an advantage but is not essential
On Offer:
This is a 3-year fixed term opportunity in Dunedin to join an exciting programme of work within a large reputable organisation.
