The organisation is a leader within their field, and they are looking to heavily invest in their IT team to help the end-user ultimately look after their number one asset - the customer.
The role
The Business Improvement Analyst will be working within the business environment to assist a variety of stakeholders to implement a product suite and support the business to change their ways of working.

The Business Improvement Analyst will be responsible for analysing how business processes operate and for the end-to-end continuous improvement processes. You will also be assisting with scoping technical changes for the technical teams to implement and creating, reviewing, and maintaining technology training material.
  • Experience in developing and executing plans to implement change
  • 3+ years experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools such as SharePoint, Onedrive, Team, and OneNote
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels
  • An ability to take a practical approach to the job and be self-organising
