The Client:

Deliver IT Services thought the country and have a large customer base. They have been growing across New Zealand and have seen some exciting changes recently.  They are an established brand working with SME's and enterprise-based clients across the country.

The Role:

Will see you working closely with the Automation and Monitoring Manager and Technical Architect. Functioning as the "Go to" person within your team you will be providing expert troubleshooting and configuration support, ensuring the reliable operation of the products and services within your team. This is an 'internal' role and is focused on the business's internal services rather than external clients.

Technical Experience Required: 

  • 3+ years experience working within the IT industry
  • In-depth experience in scripting, development languages, and automation
  • In-depth Windows OS skills
  • SCCM, SCOM
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work on-call roster as required
