The Company

The Role

Is focused on delivering a significant IT infrastructure migration from a traditional on-premises to a hybrid cloud model, utilising MS Azure as the core cloud platform.

This work will be part of a larger business aim of future-proofing the business, and increasing scalability and improving growth capability. Joining a small, tight-knit IT team, you'll be supported by a team of Support Engineers, and led by a Technical IT Manager.

Given the nature of the role, including being a member of a small team, there is an expectation that you will also provide support to a wide range of people and deliver capability across a broad range of technology.

Technical Requirements

Ideally, you’ll have great experience across the below technologies. If not, you’ll tick several of the below boxes, and be interested in learning and developing your skillset to cover the areas that you’re not familiar with:

Broad infrastructure experience across on-prem, and hybrid cloud environments:
    • MS Azure – experience delivering migrations is a big plus. Certification at Associate level or above also ideal.
    • Windows Server (up to 2019)
    • Microsoft Exchange Server & O365 administration
Modern Workplace Technologies:
    • Desktop and image deployment – SCCM, InTune, Autopilot (Windows Endpoint Manager)
    • MS Teams & SharePoint configuration
You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a people person, and be willing to mentor others, and learn as well.
