Pharmacies use TONIQ software for the management of dispensary and retail operations, and Aged Care facilities use Toniq 1CHART as a centralised medication record shared by doctors, pharmacies, and care providers. The Role 
The Customer Support Team is the first point of contact for TONIQ clients throughout New Zealand. This role will see you being responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience by delivering a wide range of support services in a timely, effective, and client-centered manner. Support services include providing telephone and remote connection support, occasional onsite visits, and rostered out-of-hours support.
Skills required
  • Experience with TONIQ software products or other Health IT would be beneficial as would prior pharmacy knowledge.
  • Experience in a customer service/helpdesk environment is essential, as is a demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service.  
  • We are looking for a person who has an innate problem-solving ability, can work quickly and effectively especially under time pressures, and is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve processes.  
  • High attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to take ownership of issues and ensure a successful resolution.
  • A proven record of being collaborative with both clients and colleagues is essential, as relationships are key to being successful in this role.
