The Business:

Is a national organisation who operate in the international market. Due to a secondment of one of their IT Support Engineers into an Infrastructure role, they're looking for a mid-term contract Desktop Support person.

Support leading end-user tech, and work with a company who pride themselves on running a modern stack.

The Role:

Is for an experienced Contract IT Support person who is focused on delivering excellent experiences in providing L1 and L2 end-user support. This role is mostly focused on responding  on server and network devices. 

This role will be a contract role, 6 months in length.

Technical Experience:

You'll be familiar with working as a Desktop or Junior Systems Support Engineer within a large business, and as a part of a large and varied team. You'll also have experience with:
  • Windows Operating Systems - particularly Windows 10
  • Application deployment, support, and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 / Exchange administration
  • Active Directory management - set-up users, role management etc.
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ticketing solutions for managing requests/incidents
