The Company:

Are a Charitable company that provides a range of services for the local community. The company has heavily invested in its IT team to help the end-user ultimately look after their number one asset - the customer.

The Role: 
  
Will see you providing application support to all internal application users. You will also be acting as an escalation point (Level 2) for assigned incidents and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and/or escalated to Level 3. You will also be involved in upgrades, training, and generalist support as and when required.

Requirements:

  
  • Proven experience in application support
  • Windows 10
  • Windows Server (2016)
  • O365
  • Practice Management Software
  • Highly desirable – MedTech experience and technical documentation writing
