Large utilities business with operations throughout the world.  They believe in their accountability to staff well-being and positive environments. They are using technology in order to bring forward and optimize operations on a global scale. 

The Role:

Would suit a service desk analyst or desktop support engineer with industry experience across MS Systems.  You will be focusing on level one and some level two duties.   

You will need to be able to demonstrate your experience of the technical skills listed below to be considered for this opportunity.

  • Windows Server 2012 and 2016
  • Office 365
  • Troubleshooting, networking, back-ups and hardware
  • Home System Support
  • Exchange
  • Active Directory
