The Company:

Data integration has been identified as a core capability required to support the success of this for this journey, ensuring the accurate, reliable, and timely flow of data between critical business systems, digital platforms, and partner systems.

The Role:

The Enterprise Integration Lead will oversee the integration practice and delivery programme and be instrumental in introducing best practices, leveraging agile delivery approaches, and establishing appropriate governance and management practices. 

The role will play a pivotal part in the transformation journey and therefore requires an all-rounder, who can deliver across the following areas;
  • Leadership
  • Integration architecture, design, delivery, testing, release management and continuous improvement
  • Programme delivery and management
  • Governance and management practices and processes
  • Strategy and roadmap
About You:

You will bring deep technical knowledge, proven experience in delivering large complex integration programmes and excellent communication skills with ability to liaise fluidly across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A natural leader who can foster a climate that maximises the use of both people and technology
  • Proven experience in relevant roles, including at least 3 years in a senior integration role
  • Accurate and energetic approach to business success
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, event stream processing, public cloud integration platforms and services (particularly Azure), APIs, microservices, REST/JSON, data ingestion, SOAP, XML/XSLT, etc.
  • Experience in the implementation of relevant integration frameworks, standards and best practices.
  • Experience in the implementation and monitoring of service performance.
  • Good understanding of information and data security principles and practices.
  • Able to self-manage, use initiative, and juggle challenging timelines and deadlines.
