The Company:

Are an IT Services company that works across the private and public sector.

The Role:

Is for a Desktop Engineer to join the team in Dunedin. This is an exciting multi-site role that will see you providing level 1 – 2 technical support, alongside mentoring of more junior staff, relationship management, and client-facing duties. As part of a national Engineering team, you will be involved in the technical implementation and delivery of projects, resolving escalations, and managing incident reports for various clients.
Skills Required:
  • Tertiary level qualification in Information technology
  • 2+ years experience in level 2 IT Support (Cloud and on-prem services)
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build rapport.
  • Be able to explain technical details effectively both verbally and written.
  • A team focussed approach.
  • Experience in project management and pre-sale is highly advantageous.
